Wildlife Haven and the Great Migration

The vast, fertile plains of the Masai Mara boasts over 450 bird species and both resident and transient populations of lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, giraffe, to name a few. This makes Elephant Pepper Camp ideal for observing the spectacle of the Great Migration when, from July to November, over 1.3 million wildebeest and zebra cross from the Serengeti in search of greener pastures with their predators creeping sneakily behind them.

Nights Under Untamed Skies

Stars shine bright at this remote location, undimmed by artificial lights. Sit back and listen to the sounds of lion, leopard and hyena foraging and hunting, from the comfort of your campfire or duvet. Tea and freshly-baked biscuits ease you into a morning of game drives or bush walks across the conservancy with our highly experienced local guides and wildlife rangers. Be warmed by blankets on a night game drive back to camp after sundowners in the bush.
